Next, we’ll work together to find a time to celebrate your engagement together! We recommend holding your engagement session around 6-9 months before your wedding date.. We’ll spend 1-2 hours together, and we’ll coach you through each and every step! This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and get comfortable so that when we’re taking photos on your wedding day, we’ll already know how you two interact and how we can help you get the best and most genuine photos possible! Just like with all of my packages, we send you every photo that we think you might possibly want: full-resolution digital files, without watermarks so that you can do whatever you want with your photos!

One month before your wedding, we’ll send you a questionnaire to make sure we know all of the important details about your day, but even before then, we’ll be working together to make sure we totally understand your vision. Based on the questionnaire and our conversation, we’ll come up with a customized photography timeline to fit your needs. As we get closer to your wedding day, we’re just a text, email, or phone call away, and we’ll check in to make sure we’re helping you with anything you may need!

You’ll feel comfortable and confident knowing that we’re there, capturing every moment. Our job is to help you have a stress-free day, and your job is to enjoy your day and experience it all! Whether we’re getting snapshots of your morning getting ready, celebrating your first look, or capturing every emotion during your ceremony, we’ve got your timeline and preferences on hand, and you can rest assured knowing every detail will be captured beautifully.

We’re as excited about your images as you are, so you can expect previews of images from us within 48 hours of your wedding. Before that, though, we’ve already got your photos backed up in two separate locations (including an online backup!), to make sure they’re safe. Then, within 6 weeks, we’ll send you your full wedding gallery, including every photo that we think you might want, no limits! You can do anything you want with your full-resolution images: download, print, and share with all of your family and friends!

The online gallery I use to deliver your photos allows you to easily print your photos, with me checking on the quality of each framed print, album, or greeting card (or anything else!) you make, but you can feel free to print any way you want!
